Techniques for use in labour, to help you bond with baby & provide a vehicle to aid postpartum healing.
The postures and elements of yoga that I introduce are aimed at supporting the body in pregnancy and beyond, aiding back relief, hip and chest openers, circulation, digestion, and much more. Mums to be suffering from pelvic girdle pain (or SPD), piriformis syndrome, and other conditions will be supported also.
SELF CARE and LOVE is more important than ever, we need to take care of our MENTAL HEALTH as well as physical health, and if you are pregnant or have recently had a baby this couldn’t be more true
Continue your maternal yoga journey with a postnatal class after birth to heal, recover, strengthen & find some important head space & me time.
Postnatal yoga is suitable from 6-10 weeks postpartum, depending on type of birth, to 24 months.
Specifically designed to be safe for the year after having a baby and address relevant areas such as alignment, pelvic floor, abdominals. It also nurtures your emotional and mental needs, providing an opportunity to find that headspace which we require to function more effectively and make for a happier mummy. Self care is so important but particularly after having a baby.
When baby is 8 weeks you can enter the colourful & happy world of baby yoga too!

Prenatal yoga was a wonderful way to relax and take time to connect with my growing baby. The mindful breathing techniques definitely helped me to remain calm and trust in my body during labour to have the birth experience I wanted.

Attending postnatal sessions with Jill online was so lovely. Expecting to be back to pre-pregnancy fitness within weeks of birth, these helped me realise I needed to take it slow and allowed me to get back to fitness appropriately!

Prenatal was a lovely piece of calm in a busy world. Time out to focus on me and connect with my baby. Also a lovely opportunity to meet other pregnant ladies (all be it via zoom).
